The Vincere Applicant Tracking System is a great recruitment tool, allowing you to manage your recruiting business via the easy to use Vincere web based CRM. There are lots it can do out of the box, but no doubt you will come across scenarios where it can’t do exactly what you need.
Great news is that Vincere provides a fully featured API, or Application Programming Interface. Through this API, we can securely manage data held within Vincere and perform many actions not available within Vincere itself.
Our core product is that of a Vincere job board, displaying your Vincere held jobs on to your website giving you full control over every aspect of your website job board.
But we can do a whole lot more. A recent customer priced up employing a temporary team to tidy their data. The total cost for this was around £70,000 and will take 6 months to complete. We achieved the exact same result using the Vincere API. Our total cost was under £3,000, it took several weeks to write and perfect but was then run over night.
The client arrived to work the next day, with all of their data cleaned and sanitised.

Communication is key to a recruitment business. It is also one of the biggest time consumers, but it can mostly be automated. Here are some examples;
- A job has received 50 applications, you shortlist 5 of those. We automatically message 45 to tell them that they were unsuccessful this time, whilst messaging the other 5 with info of next steps
- A placement is made, we update your Slack channel to promote this placement through the company
- An appointment is made within Vincere, contact all parties with a fully branded invite
- Gain feedback. We contact all users who have received any form of communication (or just a set communication) and ask for their feedback. Feedback is stored straight in to Vincere

Vincere Reporting
Whilst Vincere have their own reporting tools, customers often find that it doesn’t give them the data they want. Our reporting tools can either create any report you need, or export the correct data to feed into your reporting tool of choice, such as Power BI.
Mass Emailing
Whilst our Vincere email notifications occur in real time, mass emailing is more of a considered communication.
Create contact lists, create your email content and message all chosen contacts at once. Our mass email tools can either use our own email tools, or link up with other tools such as Brevo or MailChimp for fully tracked email campaigns.
