The Vincere API has many standard fields for almost any job data you might need. But for any other data you may want to store, they also have custom fields available to use.
Through Vincere custom fields, you can create you own fields within the CRM. Some of our customers use these custom fields to store website specific information, such as a location to display on the website instead of the real location field i.e. ‘within zone 1 of the London tube’, other customers have very specific data needs that are not catered for within the standard field set.
To use these custom fields on your website, our Vincere WordPress Plugin needs to add these to our synchronisation scripts. Usually that’s not a problem, but custom fields within Vincere have their own unique method of working. I won’t bore you on this post (I’m happy to chat about these if you really want to know), but I am very happy to announce that we have not only cracked Vincere custom fields but we knocked them out of the park.
We are able to read any of your custom fields, we are able to map your labels and values and we can even place conditions on these values, for example, a job will only display on your website is custom field xxx is populated.
