Where are you based?
We are based in the UK in beautiful Derbyshire, however the majority of our customers are international.
Our team work a shift pattern to ensure we overlap with the majority of time zones during core work hours.
Do I need the Vincere Plugin?
Vincere offer their own job board which may be good enough for your needs.
Our plugin is for those who need more control, flexibility and SEO benefit from having a custom job board and candidate portal.
Am I tied in to a contract?
Our plugin comes with a lifetime licence, the vast majority of our customers continue to use our plugin year after year.
If you do change CMS or decide to not use our product any more, there is no exit fee or minimum term contract.
Do we install the plugin?
Over the years we found a full service to be the most time and cost effective. We will set up, configure and install the plugin ensuring everything is exactly as you need it.
The front end can be managed just like any other area of your website.
How many team members do you have?
Our Vincere team comprises of 5 developers, a project manager and two support developers.
We are part of squarechilli, a graphic and web design studio which boasts 3 designers and 3 developers.
How Long Have You Been Providing the Vincere Plugin
Vincere WordPress Plugin has been officially available since 2022. The plugin is built from our popular Bullhorn Plugin which was created in 2012.

We have three main plugin versions featuring popular configurations. These provide the perfect functionality for your needs at a fair price.

How much is the plugin?
The final cost depends on your exact needs, we do not believe you should pay for a larger product if you will only use 10% of that product.
If you want to add more features at a later date, these are also costed fairly.
Are You a Vincere Partner?
We are not currently a Vincere partner, as our job board competes directly with their own, however we are in talks with them as our product enhances their offering. We also have lots of other tools which are also partner worthy, so watch this space.
Do you promote yourselves?
Simple answer, no. This website is our only form of promotion currently.
We decided a long time ago to replace a marketing budget with investing in our customers. This means we aim to exceed your expectations during our project together.
In turn we find our customers return to us for further projects and tell others about us, which is the best form or promotion.
Are you financially healthy?
Of course, a small but skilled team with low overheads means our financial situation is extremely healthy.
Without another single project, we can survive over 5 years.
We’d be extremely bored though so keep the work coming in please.
How do we contact you?
We work across all timezones in shift working patterns (8am – midnight GMT), meaning we are contactable for the majority of the day.

How Long will my project take?
We usually ask for 5 working days from receipt of your info, but we will let you know before the project begins.
A Just the Jobs plugin version will be faster to turn around than a candidate and client portal featuring lots of pages and forms for example.
Is your fee one off or recurring?
Our plugin is a one off fee and comes with a lifetime licence. For this, we fully setup and install the plugin and you are free to use this indefinitely. We will also provide new versions of the plugin as we update it.
In 2023, we introduced an optional Annual Care Package giving priority support and other benefits.
