Main Difference – Job and Candidate Data
Your job data is held on Vincere servers, the Job Board simply provides a ‘view’ to this data. The fields and layout are fixed, you can however change colours to help match your website theme.
Our plugin synchronises your job data to your website automatically. This means the jobs are added as content to your site, providing urls such as mysite.com/jobs/marketing-manager/. Having ownership of the data means that you can choose exactly which fields to display and how the job portal looks.
Similarly with the candidate portal, with our plugin data is posted in realtime back to Vincere. You choose exactly what fields are featured on the application form. You can go minimal and just ask for name and email, or gather much more including work experience and references. The candidate and application appears in Vincere immediately.
Another huge benefit of syncing the data is that you can promote your jobs all across the website. Your homepage for example can feature your top 5 latest jobs. You can list your recruiting team and display jobs they are recruiting for. You can create SEO keyword rich category pages and display jobs from that category. There are no limits to your imagination with data syncing, truly making the jobs an integral part of your whole website.
