Vincere Job Alerts in Realtime or Digest

Send interested candidates job alerts when a new job is recruiting, or send daily or weekly digests. You choose the Vincere criteria, once a job meets this criteria it is ready to be emailed to all interested candidates.

Specific Job Alerts

Candidates can choose their interests, meaning they only receive job alerts for jobs that are relevant to them. No more unsubscribes from sending emails about a junior position to a managerial candidate!

This interest could be choosing a category, functional expertise, industry, location, salary range or other field.

Realtime alerts or daily / weekly digests

Job alerts can be sent for each new job in Vincere, or at set intervals to promote all jobs in that period. There are pro’s and cons to each, which is why we give you the choice. Faster but more frequent alerts, vs less alerts but potentially listing multiple jobs – your choice.

Alert for each job

Sending an alert for each job means the job reaches the candidate faster, but may mean they receive lots of messages especially for active categories. Will your candidates want to know about a job as soon as it drops, if so, an alert for each job is perfect for you?

Digest Emails

Sending emails as a digest results in fewer emails to the candidate, but each email may feature several jobs. Digest jobs could be sent daily, weekly or any schedule you choose. We can even send them on demand, listing the new jobs since the last digest email was sent.

Providing a job alert feature is a great way of adding visibility to your jobs. Allow candidates to choose their interest/sector and only send alerts for that particular sector. Specific alerts prevent high unsubscribe rates, sending irrelevant emails are a quick fire way to seeing the candidate unsubscribe quickly.

Custom Design Job Alerts

Your job alert emails don’t need to be stuffy and boring. You can provide a design or we can create one for you, with your brand identity at the forefront. Utilising html emails makes your email stand out from the others in candidates inbox, helping you be recognised and remembered.

Stop sending long text based job alert no-one reads, start sending exciting well laid out emails that will catch the candidates attention.
