Indeed Apply allows candidates to apply for your jobs directly with Indeed. According to Indeed, jobs with Indeed Apply enabled yield a 21% higher click through rate and a massive 5 x more applications than directing candidates to your website.
Whilst Vincere have a method for posting jobs to Indeed, it doesn’t use Indeed Apply which is why our customers asked us to create something. We worked closely with Indeed to achieve this and I’m happy to say that this module is now available to all customers.
You can choose exactly which jobs are posted to Indeed Apply, using any criteria you need. Usually jobs set to Public would be posted, but you can even use a custom field if you would like even greater control. This means that you can send some jobs to your website, some to Indeed Apply, some standard Indeed, some to other job boards and some to everything, all via Vincere.
