Our Vincere to WordPress plugin has exceeded our expectations since it was ‘officially’ launched in 2022, bringing many new customers our way from all across the globe. As our customer base has increased, so has demand for our continued support.
To address this new need, we are proud to announce that we are creating a dedicated support team. This team will focus on existing customers, helping them achieve the most out of their Vincere Plugin and fielding typical support enquiries such as product upgrades, adding/removing/changing field mappings and creating new forms etc.
Having a dedicated support team for our Vincere to WordPress plugin means that our core development team can focus on exceeding new customer expectations and building in new features to the plugin, improving it even further.
The support team will also work on the Vincere Plugin’s bigger sister, Bullhorn to WordPress Plugin which will help us bring all of the popular features of the Bullhorn Plugin over to the Vincere Plugin.
We are putting the finishing touches to a new support ticket system, which will help us deliver support more efficiently than before. Don’t worry though, you can still contact us using your preferred method.
